Summary: With Eric’s marriage to Oklahoma, Sookie has no choice but to flee from those who would take her for her abilities. Years later her past catches up with her, and a sudden reunion sets in motion things no one could predict.

Sookie and Eric have finally told each other how they really feel. Breaking the argumentative magic Niall had Claude and Dermot using in her. They were unable to find a way out of Eric’s betrothal contract that kept them together. Even Niall’s promise of Sookie proclaiming her birthright wouldn’t keep them together it would make it easier for Niall to take her away. Eric spends his last night with Sookie before leaving to we’d Freyda of Oklahoma who also refused to let Eric keep seeing Sookie she wanted him for herself.  Sookie knows she’s in danger changes her appearance agrees to use the untraceable bank accounts Eric made for her and flees.

*** one word wow. That was some wrap. I love how u laid out a lot of starting info to get us started. Just wish I had time to read this sooner.

12 yrs later. Recap to what Eric has been doing. He only has a moments of sex 3thrusts with Freyda on the anniversary as law dictates. And after the wedding he left. He killed deCastro and took over as king.  Hoping Sookie wool return but no one could find her. He makes it known that he doesn’t care for Freyda even being caught fucking others around the palace and even her child in her bed.  Freyda realizes that Eric  will never really be hers. She attacks him but he hold her off and leaves the palace  With  her swearing he will regret this.

Freyda punishes her child and send her to find Sookie. Four months later she’s still looking for Sookie and Eric’s spy tells him the news. Eric has Pam begin the search for Sookie again. They are only forbidden from having a sexual relationship. He can still talk to her. He refuses to do nothing while Freyda hunts her.

*****…..uh. One word again.  Speechless.

7months later. Sookie owns a bar in Sweden. Eric has Pam make the travel plans. Sookie has become colder. Se has killed vampires and fairy’s and has casual sexual encounters.

*** got to go to the next chap I want to know what happens. Your Fics are usually addicting glad this one is completed but I still read your other wips it’s sweet sweet torture 🙂

Eric wakes. Pam argues with him for drinking synthetic when he can order a donor. He can still feel Sookie she is near. Last seen in the bar Goda Tider Swedish for good times. Bon Temps French for good times. They go to see Sookie. Sookie is siting at her table eyeing someone when she gets a shiver and sees Eric at the door.

Sookie leads them to her office where she has Marcus tied up on the floor he was a double agent spying for Freyda. They all argue. Pam sent back to the hotel with Marcus. Eric learns that Bill had found her. First time was 14 months after she left. While Eric was still searching too. Then again a yr later working a cafe in Paris. And again later when she had been married. She divorced after finding her part demon husband having sex with his secretary. Sookie tried to call him Pam even Fangtasia and all she received was a disconnected auto message.

***this chapter had me thinking of some other Fics I have read, all good. And I am still hooked. And headed to the next chapter.

They come to the conclusion that Amelia is behind keeping them apart because of her hatred of Eric. They don’t know why she hates him. But Amelia is able and has built herself as much protection as she could by having Alcide’s child and marrying Bob. Eric comforts Sookie. Sookie reveals some of her past 5 fairy’s including Claude and Dermot had forced her trying to make a heir.  Desmond (Mr. C) and Diantha found her together they killed the fairy’s and Sookie found her will to never be a victim again.  Eric kisses Sookie. She’s the last person he kissed. It’s been almost 13 yrs.  Eric Sookie make love Eric promises he will find a way for them to be together. Sookie has already used her cluviel dor.  Eric will come back for her.

***Wonder if her using the dor has anything to do with her scent or ability to defend herself.

Diantha comes to see Sookie.  Sookie should tell Eric about the cluviel dor. And her wish to be safe and protected. Sookie talks to Diantha.

***so sad needed tissues.  Cries like a babe I did.

Not even Desmond could find a way to break the union now. Though there had been a loophole they could have used before the ceremony. Eric’s lawyer should have seen it. But Desmond wasn’t giving up he would help them find a way even if it wasn’t legal.
Eric has to return for his yearly duty. They go to say one last goodbye to Sookie. She’s gone taken. And a cop has been paid to help clean up the mess. Eric Pam head to Oklahoma. Desmond will deal with the club.

Eric arrives in Oklahoma prepared to kill Freyda if she harmed Sookie. Only to find queen and her child were already dead. Eric goes back to the plane. Sookie is there.

Sookie had been taken by the queens Weres. Queen had cotton an anonymous note with the information that Eric had a spy and that he was looking for Sookie and that his spy could be bought. Sookie is taken to the queen. Sookie antagonizes the queen into attacking. Sookie’s fangs come out. Sookie bites the queen after fighting. Queen summons her child. Sookie kills the child too the plans her escape.

Sookie tells Eric how she killed the queen and got to safety and about her new abilities. And how she has fangs now. She’s vulnerable to silver iron and lemon. She still ages but slowly. Eric gets her home. And asks her to be his wife and queen.
13 epilogue 
A yr passes Eric has a reception. Sookie returns and pledges to him. Amelia’s there Sookie listens to her and they uncover her full treachery. She had been in cahoots with victor
She craved power a position with a high vampire would give her.  She used magic to get pregnant by Alcide. Married Bob just so she would be protected. Eric Sookie expose her treachery to Octavia Bob and Alcide. Her magic will be bound. Alcide removes her friend pack status. Bob wants a divorce. Eric takes his bonded to bed.

**writer may make a sequel. I enjoyed that story very much and would suggest it to others.
